TJH & Associates, Inc. is a one man appraisal shop owned and operated by Thomas J. Hubberts, IFA.

I began appraising in 2001 after a thirty-two plus year career in the telecommunications industry with management experience as Director of Labor Relations and Vice President of Customer Service.

Knowing my limits and identifying only those areas where I can serve well, I have focused my attention on the Residential Real Estate Appraisal business in the North and Northwest sections of Chicago and the North and Northwest Suburban areas. My appraisal services offered are Residential Appraisals for one-to-four unit residential properties and Appraisal Reviews of Residential Appraisals.
